Award–winning
culinary instructor and gourmet vegetarian chef Bonnie Tees
has
been perfecting and refining her skills as a master Chef for
close to two decades.
After exceptional culinary apprenticeships at New York’s
Natural Gourmet Institute and Switzerland’s International
Macrobiotic Institute, Bonnie worked with some of the most celebrated
vegetarian chefs in the U.S. and Europe. Upon her return to
Canada she transformed her gourmet catering and dietary consultation
service into one of Montreal’s premiere, organic, whole
foods restaurant. |
